Shipping Notes
We accept USA, APO, and US Military orders only.
GENERAL:
Orders received before Noon, Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped the same day if at all possible. Orders received after Noon on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. This applies to all orders; Overnight, Next Day and 2nd Day.
GENERAL:
We do not ship on Holidays recognized by UPS or USPS.
UPS:
We recommend standard UPS ground. UPS expedited shipping is very expensive and saves a day or two on average. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday. For possible Saturday delivery see USPS Priority below.
UPS:
We normally ships via UPS. This requires a street address, no P.O. Boxes for UPS, please.
USPS:
USPS cutoff is determined by postal pick-up. Normally this is around noon. But, it can be as early as 10:30 AM. We may be able to ship late Friday orders on Saturday if the pick-up is after 11:15 AM.
We do ship via USPS (post office) Priority Mail - Insured. The USPS does deliver on Saturday. Please understand that USPS does not provide any tracking information only delivery confirmation.
USPS:
We will only know if it was delivered. If the Post Person is unable to deliver, they may leave a notice. Follow the instructions on the notice. We will be unable to provide any information on the location of your order if it is shipped via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL:
Due to Fraud and Export/Import problems, we no longer accept orders on the web site from anywhere but the USA, APO, and US Military
RETURNS:
Under normal circumstances products can not be returned due to the risk of product tampering. You would not wish to buy a product that had been returned by someone else.
If we make an error in shipping, we will arrange for product return and/or order correction. Contact us, robert.copella@pacbell.net to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Defective product may be returned with prior approval. Defective products will be replaced or issued a web site credit in the form of an account ballance to be used for future purchases. Contact robert.copella@pacbell.net to obtain authorization.
Discontinued, banned, or otherwise no-longer manufactured products are sold as-is without right for refund, return, or exchange.
