This November 14th at the UK Embassy in Chile, we participated in an innovation event #UnicornKingdom, where 5 Chilean startups and tech scaleups presented their pitch to different British venture capital (VCs) and UK tech experts. The winner of the day was the nanotech startup Photio, which was inspired by nature to create a decontaminant additive that cleans the air we breathe.
Our interest in this type of events is to know from first source, innovative projects that are looking to grow in the competitive world of innovation and maintain our relationship with UK, which is a very interesting country for innovation and digital issues, as it has a technology sector valued at over $1 billion, is the third fastest growing country in the world in this area and is a world leader in AI, Fintech and BioTech, making it the best place to invest in technology in Europe.
